'Room was clean Staff was EXCEPTIONAL ! Check in and check out went smoothly Breakfast was prompt and pleasant Remodeling going on at the hotel and surrounding buildings so there was a lot of construction vehicles and dumpsters and noise'

'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '

The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach.'

'The room smelled like bleach. Bugs in the sink and shower. Large air gaps in the doorway. We left and could not get a refund from anyone!!!'

'Sigaret burns in blankets, smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Got offered to buy drugs right outside of room '

'Not enough towels. Then had to wait as they did not have them. Asked for sheets and blankets for pull out couch and they did not have a blanket and only one pillow. Bathroom could have been cleaner and was very dated. '

'One of the nicest hotels in CT, and certainly the best in West Hartford. If you are in the area and want a great stay, this is the place.'

'We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.'
