'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '

'Horrible. I was unable to make the original dates I booked, asked if I could modify my stay to a future date, and was told absolutely not. When making the reservation, at the time, it said free cancellation. '

'The first room smelled like smoke, it was changed, but the new one still had a slight smell of cigarettes. I get in the room and there was not remote but the man brung it only for the tv to still not work. None of the appliances were working. '

'The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in and were given a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, and the floors were nasty. The hallways smelled like weed every day and didn’t appear to be cleaned either. The facility itself is very outdated and poorly maintained, nothing like what is shown in the pictures online. To make matters worse, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including TVs and...
