'Leuke campingervaring. Personeel aan hoofdtent hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Tent was goed onderhouden, sanitair gedeelte net(klein maar te verwachten, je kan ook naar de gemeenschappelijke kiosks die meer ruimte bieden) Tijdens ons verblijf was er een gezellige drukte tijdens weekend, in de week niet zoveel tenten bezet.'

'Property was just as described and more. Quite with lake view and access to put canoe into the water. The fire pit was perfect with chairs already set up. Set up inside was great. The light switches were the only downside. There were so many that went to nothing we could figure out. The sliding doors were also not the easiest to use, impossible for kids but seeing as I didn’t want them out without us anyway I wasn’t bothered by it. 'I have family in Conway so the location was great and just a short drive to N Conway for restaurants and shopping. There was only a few of us staying in the home so it felt very spacious. If we had a few more, there still would have been plenty of room.The house is dated but for the area and it being a lake house it’s what I expected.The weather wasn’t cooperating so we didn’t get to use the kayaks or peddle boat. "Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
