'Property was very clean. This is a 2 bedroom property. 1 bedroom has a full/queen bed. 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds and the way the bedroom is designed there is no way to put the beds together. Living room area had 2 sofas. 1 sofa was very uncomfortable! Restaurants and convenience store/gas station within minutes.'

'The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location to get to the Franconia attractions. We would have liked some better quality pans in the kitchen and pillows in the bedroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.'

'Its a cute little condo! Everything was perfect for me, my husband and two kids! We enjoyed everything about staying here and the porch was the best for me with my morning coffee and the little stream running outside!'

'Did not use any of the amenities this time, but all are very good and clean. My only suggestion would be that in the bedroom the curtain be changed so it can be closed all the way. On the bottom floor, a couple of times people were walking by the back of the property in the snow and you can see directly into the bedroom.'

'The room was so clean, comfy and just what we needed. The amenities were endless and would be perfect for all ages! The only reason we didn’t rate this 5 stars was the air conditioner had the most annoying high pitch sound coming from it, and the thermostat didn’t work, it only let us put the temp up and down, so we were unable to shut it off! Views were amazing, especially from our room. There’s a little river out back of the lodge that’s super peaceful. There are 3 restaurants and shops feet...

'The kitchen could use some pans and cooking items. The grill was broken.The fireplace had no screen over it. It was too hot even though we turned the heat down.The curtains on the slider fell on my faceThe location was perfect. The beds were comfy but I'd choose a queen in the second bedroom.No view of the mountains '

'Very spacious and clean cabin. Path to the river, for great fishing! Spacious, that we could park out large ATV trailer next the cabin. Loved that there was wood available at the cabin for the fire pit. Host, Sheena, was always helpful.Only downfall, Celli's Pizzeria was completely closed down, with no notification on their web site.'
