'Great place to stay for our family vacation! It had all we needed. Well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the baby gate. Property owner is very responsive. It is an under ten min drive to Story Land and just under an hour away from Santa’s Village, which were our two main destinations. '

'We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. '

'My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was amazing!! No AC was not an issue at all as they provided fans. We opened the upper loft windows one night to cool it down and it worked like a charm. The location is perfect if you want to go into north conway or travel down to the flume gorge. "Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
