'Property was just as described and more. Quite with lake view and access to put canoe into the water. The fire pit was perfect with chairs already set up. Set up inside was great. The light switches were the only downside. There were so many that went to nothing we could figure out. The sliding doors were also not the easiest to use, impossible for kids but seeing as I didn’t want them out without us anyway I wasn’t bothered by it. The kitchen is fully stocked but if you’re not use to stainless...

'We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

'Paul is a wonderful host and the house is fantastic. Our teens loved playing air hockey and ping pong with us and we had several “tournaments” during our stay. The house has everything you need and being able to relax in the spa at the end of a long day hiking is wonderful. We hope to be back soon. '

'The house is kept in perfect condition and clean throughout. You’re out in the middle of nowhere next to the bike path and enjoy nature. Take a two minute drive down the road and you are back to civilization. The perfect spot to relax and unwind with family.'

'We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.'

'Beautiful house. Accommodated us all for my fighters graduation weekend. Had a great time despite the weather. Had an issue with hot water in bathroom, which turned out to be user error but the owners responded very quickly to my concern and walked me through problem solving. '

'Awesome place to take your family. Can't say enough good things about the property. The house was fully furnished with everything you could need. The dishes and silverware for children was a great touch, as well as the toiletries left in each bathroom. There were also all types of toys and games throughout the house. My 2 year old had an absolute blast playing with the toy car, magnetic dart board and foosball table. The house was clean, spacious and cozy and the location was perfect. The beds...

'Great spot, plenty of space, kitchen had everything we need, also had soap, shampoo, etc. hot tub was great!'

'Perfectly clean and everything worked. Lights a little tricky to figure out. No dishwasher and could use places to hang up towels. Some poison ivy outside. Other than that, it was a nice, quiet, well-kept place, pleasantly decorated, exactly as advertised. Nice area, too.'

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
