SNELLE WIFI EN BT SPORT

We hebben ons vakantiehuis met 2 slaapkamers liefdevol gerestaureerd, op slechts een paar minuten lopen naar de bars, bars en restaurants in de haven.
Ons huisje heeft veel goede recensies ontvangen, waarbij veel van onze gasten hun boekingen herhalen.
Het pand zelf ligt aan een rustige weg met een fantastische buitenruimte en tuinmeubelen en tuinhoofden allemaal erg privé.
Grote lounge met comfortabele stoelen en tv breedband en selectie van spellen en boeken en puzzels.
Vers gedecoreerde nieuwe tapijten en luxe badkamer en keuken met grote oven en kleine oven en 5-pits kookplaat, magnetron, wasmachine en eettafel en stoelen plus kinderstoel.
Modern betegelde badkamer op de bovenverdieping heeft een douche boven het Lshaped bad.
Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met egyption katoenen beddengoed en luxe donzen dekbedden en kussens, (maar we kunnen alternatieven bieden voor allergieën vraag het gewoon) meubels in cottage-stijl en ingebouwde kledingkast met voldoende opbergruimte inclusief strijkplank en strijkijzer en reiswiegmatras en beddengoed .
Stapelbedden voor volwassenen zijn te vinden in de 2e slaapkamer.
Geen extra winterbrandstofkosten en alle beddengoed handdoeken.

Historisch Conwy-kasteel, aangewezen als werelderfgoed, is een fantastische plek om te verkennen en de muren zijn zichtbaar vanaf het onroerend goed en kunnen binnen een minuut lopen vanaf de voordeur worden bereikt.

Het gerestaureerde Elizabethaanse huis (Plas Mawr), het oudste nog bestaande koopmanshuis uit de 14e eeuw (Aberconwy House), het kleinste huis van Britains en de Conwy Butterfly Jungle zijn allemaal te vinden in de stad Conwy.
Surf Snowdonia, kijk op website www. surfsnowdonia. co. uk is het eerste inland-surfcentrum en is nu open, en ligt op tien minuten rijden op de weg naar Trefriw waar hun beroemde wollen molens zijn.
Talrijke zandstranden en golfbanen binnen een korte rit. Droge skipiste en rodelbaan en kabelbanen zijn te vinden in Llandudno met zijn beroemde pier en nieuw opgerichte cruisereizen die er vanaf lopen.
De onlangs geopende Erskine Arms ligt op een paar minuten lopen en krijgt lovende recensies voor eten en ambiance ... in een monumentaal pand tegenover het Station en The Bridge ... veel activiteitenavonden komen vroeg aan voor de donderdagquiz en ook de CAMRA-awards winnende pub "The Albion" in het centrum van Conwy waar echte ales worden gebrouwen die lokaal en verder zijn gebrouwen. Hier vind je geen tv of luide muziek of pooltafel, maar gewoon goed ouderwets gesprek en een scala aan bord- en kaartspellen en domino's enz.
Alfredos Italiaanse en 2 curry restuarants ook Jalsa en Raj

De bergtrein Snowdonia is een reis waard en als u de auto wilt achterlaten, ligt het treinstation van Conwy op 3 minuten lopen van de accommodatie, naar Chester Manchester en Bangor en Holyhead on Anglesey.
Lokale bussen naar alle nabijgelegen steden zoals Llandudno en Bangor, Betws y coed en nog veel meer routes ... de Conwy-tourbus stopt hier ook.
Veel reguliere festivals op de kade, muziek en eten gerelateerd.
Bodnant-tuinen en restaurant en kookschool liggen ook op slechts tien minuten rijden. Betws y coed en watervallen op korte rijafstand.

Very Comfortable well equipped cottage

I’m very glad we picked this lovely cottage which was well located in a beautiful town. It was great having the possibility of sitting outside. Very easy to communicate with Jane and get quick responses. It was a great stay.

The location is up a steep street from the train station, and there are stairs up to the entry, and very narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping floor, so it would not be good for someone with mobility issues. My traveling companion had an issue with a pulled muscle in her leg and it was very hard for her to get up and down the stairs. It was also an issue getting my rolling suitcase up to the bedroom. The internet was a bit uneven- I had issues with it cutting out for no apparent reason. Other than that, everything was fine. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, there were basic supplies- oil for the frying pans, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and some herbs. The washer worked well, but there was no dryer- the usual situation in much of the UK- however, since it was a warm day we hung our clothing out on the line- there is a good line, clothes pins, and a drying rack- and everything dried well. It’s a short walk to the center of town, and you can walk to anywhere in Conwy in a few minutes because the town is very small. The cottage is only a couple of blocks from an access point to the town walls, and from the wall it’s basically one long block to the town center. We didn’t have a car, but there is parking space available if we had arrived in one. Our hostess was very responsive to my questions about various things.

The accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. Good facilities and the hosts were extremely helpful and very friendly. Excellent communication and information. In a quiet location within a few minutes of the town centre. Parking was a little tight and required some manoeuvring but not too bad once established. Overall, a nice property and a good base for visiting obey and surrounding area.

Absolute little gem, would just like to reiterate all the previous positve comments. Felt like being at home, every amenity catered for, spotless, lots of extras, great location for so many areas. Only 5 mins into Conway but quiet area. The hosts were fab, communication and info re cottage, area etc absolutely great. Would highly recommend and will be returning although I suspect the cottage may be in high demand.

We had a lovely stay. Everything about the cottage was perfect. Really good provisions, everything you need. The owners are wonderful and so hellpful. The location is fantastic. We've stayed in the area multiple times and this is a new favorite. Well definitely be back again!

Conway guest house

The property was great. Clean throughout and comfortable. lovely shower and amenities just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Info from host was great with little helpful messages around the house for things like TV, WiFi and heating. Communication with the host was great. From booking through to just before and checking out was amazing down to some milk being left for us on arrival. All lovely touches. Will definitely be back again.

Lovely property, but difficult parking

The property itself was very pleasant. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the parking was for the most part genuinely impossible. The property is on a hill and the street is just barely two cars wide. Cars parked on either side of the road (although not opposite each other) and the very small "turning" spaces half way down and at the end were often parked in. This meant that parking was actually several blocks away and required a nominal "pay and display" cost. In the long run, it was worth it, but I would really have liked to know about the parking ahead of time. Again, the house was comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and had an excellent kitchen. Parking was the only issue.

Comfortable, clean and cosy

Communication from Jane from point of booking until the end of our stay was excellent. The accommodation was perfect. Comfortable, clean and cosy. Nice to have flannels provided and plenty of blankets. Whilst the house was snug and warm, I do like to cosy up under a blanket in the evening. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent. We parked directly outside the property with no issues and only moved the car once, to visit the Welsh Mountain Zoo. We took the train for day trips. It’s just a short stroll from the property into the town. Looking to eat out? LS coffee shop during the day, and Jalsa for takeaway (or eat in) on an evening. Both are excellent.

Just Perfect

We stayed here 10th-13th Nov. Loved it from the minute we walked through the door. It is spotlessly clean and the decor is just lovely. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and again everything nice and clean, Contact with Jane who owns the cottage is so easy, send an e mail and she responds straight away. The location is brilliant, just a short walk into Conway. There is nothing i would change about our holiday, except maybe stay longer next time. It is the perfect little cottage for a quiet break and we will definitely return if Jane will have us. Xx

Lovely cottage

My partner and I have just had a 3 night stay in this lovely cottage. It has everything you need for your getaway and is very comfortable all round. Home from home. There are also extras which you wouldn't normally expect - hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, sauces & cooking oil to name a few. There is a lovely little courtyard, for the summer months. The communication to the owners was so simple and they responded almost immediately. Parking is a little tight but was not a problem for us. The Cottage is in a great spot, so quiet and peaceful, perfect for couples and just few minutes walk to the town where there is shops, bars, pubs and harbour. The castle walls are a must to see the whole town, the castle and the harbour. Would highly recommend staying here and if we plan to visit the area again we will definitely re book.

Great little find .

All communications with the property owner before, during and after our stay were answered promptly and fully. The cottage was spotlessly clean on arrival and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more besides . Nice extra touches such as coffee machine, condiments , tea , coffee etc . Also a cupbord full of games . Good wifi. The courtyard at the back is quite a sun trap at times. Only issue is that parking is a bit tight but if everyone on the street parks considerately it's not a big problem. Town is only a couple of minutes walk away with pubs , eateries and shops . Access to the walls even closer. We only took the car out twice , public transport pretty good , plenty of places to visit in the area .
