Hatch's Landing is a combination of all 3 units in 2 buildings on the property... Hatch's Lodge, Nest and Perch. No other guests will be on the property during your stay, the grounds and waterfront will be entirely private to your group.

Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the expansive covered porch, take advantage of the waterfront for swimming, kayaking, and boating, or there is a great stone patio and lawn space to enjoy as well, for recreation between baseball games.

Escape to this wonderful property, enjoy plenty of space for your group to spread out between the 2 buildings. A 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath lodge overlooking the sparkling waters of Otsego Lake, with an adjacent guest cottage with a 1st and 2nd floor units. Perfect for families or groups, this elegant retreat combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Each bedroom in the Main Lodge features a private ensuite bath, offering space and privacy for all guests. There is a 1st-floor King bedroom for those who might have mobility issues, and 4 bedrooms with Queens on the 2nd floor. Rooms #3 and #4 on the 2nd floor are family suites offering a Queen bed and another alcove room with a twin bed and pullout twin sleeper sofa.

The kitchen, large dining area, and open living spaces make entertaining effortless, all with great lakeviews. The covered dining porch has plenty of tables to sit, eat and enjoy, it also has a Foosball and a Shuffleboard Table. Beautiful summer a lake breezes make this a perfect spot to beat the heat and enjoy the views. You'll enjoy a large stone patio between the two buildings with lake views and outdoor sitting and dining furniture.

In the adjacent guest cottage, the 1st floor, Hatch's Nest, offers an open concept studio apartment with 2 Queen beds in the living/dining area, as well as a small kitchen and bathroom with a shower, as well as lake views. On the 2nd floor, Hatch's Perch, has a great deck overlooking the lake, a bedroom with a Queen bed, an open living dining area with an additional double bed, a small efficiency kitchen, and a bathroom with a tile shower.

A short walk down the driveway and across the road, you will find your private waterfront. At the waterfront, guests can swim, fish, use one of the many kayaks and water toys, and relax while enjoying the stunning views of Otsego Lake
