'We stayed in the "Upper Deck" suite and it was perfect for us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony with the view of the water. It was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach or main strip of town. Excellent coffee and plenty of restaurants and shops are a very short walk away while the site is peaceful and feels removed from the tourist area. It is a great location for walking to the main strip of shops & restaurants, with still being calm & quiet (minus the construction project going on at the time, but the owner was very up front about it which we appreciated) We enjoyed walking to the Chinook Pier & some of our favorite places to eat were Lucy's, Kirby House, Snug Harbor, & Morning Star Cafe. 'This home is so quaint and charming--a true "up north" gem. The layout is unique with the bedrooms spread out for extra privacy. The yard is the real star here--lots of sitting areas outside and plenty of room to throw a football, play badminton, build a fire, and of course fish, with gorgeous views both day and night. 'Great place to stay with plenty of room for the 8 of us. Lots of extras included which is such a bonus. Had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space as well, great lake. Amazing fishing with blue gill, sun fish, perch, bass, pike, and bowfin. Kids stayed busy for hours. The kids loved kayaking, fishing from the paddle boat, and swimming on the raft. If we ever come back to this area would definately stay again!! '

The property had everything we needed, could use some upgrades to the patio furniture ..of the two chairs provided, when we moved the back cushion of one we noticed the entire backing was blown out, and the second one began to crack during our stay, so we had to get creative with borrowing chairs from my brother who fortunately lives in town. 'We loved the house! It was very relaxing to sit on in the sun room with the windows open and listen to the trees, birds and feel the cool breeze. We loved the rustic look!
