'Pros: Lovely staff. Gorgeous grounds, constantly being maintained by the groundskeepers. Good restaurants. Great location and easy to get around. Very clean guest bathrooms. Cons: The deal we booked was different to what we were offered though. 'The Waitui Beach Club Plus rooms are well worth the upgrade – every staff member went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing holiday (special shout-outs to Romeo, Mary, Sky and Elenoea from Waitui, as well as Fiu from the housekeeping team) and all the extra inclusions were fantastic. While there was a problem with the resort's air-conditioning system during our stay, we were provided with a fan to make the humid nights more bareable and it did not ruin our holiday at all. '
