'Love this resort the staff are beautiful especially Ame, sarleen, wame, Sala ratu,the porters are all so friendly these people make me come back every year which I just got back for the 8th time. Daniel near the gym is so friendly aswell kids love him his fun and joins in with the game area good vibe.
The cocktails and food are all so good but pricey same as Australia sometimes more.

'Not a stranger to Hideaway, I’ve been going for years.
It’s not flash, and only had one restaurant available during our stay, but it’s a special place.
It’s the staff that make it, they are pretty much all amazing, and the reason I keep coming back.
They say at Hideaway that you arrive as guests and leave as family and it’s true.

'The staff were pleasant but needed additional training. They were unable to deal with situations that didn’t run smoothly and every day small things were a problem, especially around delivering drinks and food to the table. We would wait hours with children and still things didn’t turn up even though we would ask many times. This was the same with housekeeping and not having items delivered to the room such as towel towels etc.'

'Bij aankomst gingen we uit van de geboekte kamer met tuinzicht. Vanaf het balkon keek je op een blinde muur en alleen schuin zag je de tuin. Dit werd wel hersteld met een andere kamer, maar het was nog een halve oplossing als gevolg van een drukke bezetting. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. De maaltijden zijn uitstekend. Het zwembad is klein.'

'Kamer zag er ruim en schoon uit. Hoewel in eerdere recenties naar voren kwam dat men last had van bedwantsen, hebben wij hier in kamer 24 geen last van gehad.
Avondeten kunnen we niet over oordelen, aangezien we buiten de deur hebben gegeten. Ontbijt was lekker, maar wel wat chaotisch.

'The hotel was really nice! The staff was amazing! They came sit at your table and speak with you, and they sang for us! They were really helpfull and nice. We really liked the scenery and the quiteness of the location. However, if you would want to leave the hotel you have to walk a 4km road that is hilly, or you can be dropped off by the hotel at the road for a fee. '
