Host was unresponsive. So we found different accommodations. Host’s response was the next day. They responded with a third code for us to try, but we had already had to find different accommodations.'

Kelly was great to work with during a small hiccup with getting into the house at first. She also kept us abreast of a power outage that occurred one day we were in town but were not at the house.'
