'Beautiful home, very quiet neighborhood perfect for after a night of partying on Beale St. It felt like a vacation but homey at the same time. I loved it. Very clean and stocked with everything I needed from cookware to sipping wine cork screw and wine glasses. I can go on and on but you have to experience it for yourself. I highly recommend this place.'

'Very charming home! The Elvis pictures & other artwork were a nice touch to the overall feel. I liked the tall ceilings and spacious bedrooms. We walked our dog on the quiet street and got to see the other lovely houses in the neighborhood. The train noises weren't bad at all. The backyard is private & quiet. Very comfortable bed sheets & linens... I want to get those for my own home! Had plenty of towels, and everything we would need in the kitchen - including a Keurig :) Countertops were...

'Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it...

'Mario's property exceeded our expectations for our family! The property was kept in great condition, spacious and had all the amenities that a family would want! His attention to detail really shows and we will be back if we are in the area again. It's a great property for large family gatherings!'

'The home is comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a few nights to see Darius Rucker live at the garden and for a day at Graceland. Getting in and out with the smart lock was so convenient and easy. The privacy fence in the backyard was perfect for the dogs to also feel at home during our stay. The home was also super easy to find.'

'The house was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was located in an area that gave us access to all we needed. I would definitely recommend this house. The only suggestion I have is to possibly upgrade the grill outside'

'Very comfortable. 4 bedrooms!!! Good, accessible appliances. Quiet neighborhood, close to a Krogers. Lots of movies but no cable. We attached our own cable and streamed from our phones. Overall great stay.'
