Over deze accommodatie

Close to the Ark! Incredible views on 10 private acres w/ firepits!

  • Enjoy stunning Kentucky views on 10 PRIVATE acres! This modern farmhouse home will accommodate multiple families while still providing plenty of space to find a quiet area to relax. About 10 mins from the Ark, 30m from Georgetown, 40m to Lexington and 45m to Cincinnati! Enjoy the backyard patio, firepit(s), foosball table, basketball, workout area or simply sit on the front porch in a rocking chair to take in the view. Featuring keyless entry, FAST WIFI & garage usage, we can't wait to have you!

    The space

Our home sleeps 14 people: a master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom, two sets of bunk beds in one room, another bedroom with a king bed and a fourth bedroom that has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The upstairs living room also has a pull-out couch to accommodate 2 additional guests. My favorite thing to do is sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the incredible view.
There are 5 TV's throughout the house, including a 65' in the main living room.

    Guest access

All amenities in the entire house are available exclusively for the guests.

    Other things to note
    Check in - 4pm
    Check out - 10am

You will get the opportunity to embrace the "country life" as soon as you turn into the LONG gravel driveway. Once reaching the top of the driveway you can reward yourself by taking a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view!
All rooms are on the main floor, except one room - located down a flight of stairs (This room can be accessed on the side of the house as well).
Fireplace in living room is not in use.
NO PETS or SMOKING allowed the premises.

Winter note: as mentioned above, the driveway is long (approx. 700ft) and part of it is uphill. Corinth receives about 10 inches of snow per year. If you happen to stay when it snows it will be difficult to make it up the driveway if you don't have 4WD. We do not service the driveway, but can help with some rock salt that is located on the property! Please contact us for assistance if needed!

This was the perfect place for us to stay visiting the Ark Encounter. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and the evening just visiting and enjoying the view. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all the kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The host was great with communication and check in was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful house with a spectacular view! Our family (us, our kids, and our grandkids) decided to do a family road trip! When we decided to visit The Ark Encounter, we started looking for accommodations! This house just called out to me! It did not disappoint! The house was exactly as describe, and so much more!! The views were amazing and there was enough room that our grands got out to play and “catch lightning bugs”! Wonderful memories made!

The house was perfect. We had 2 families visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. The location was perfect. The land gave my 8 year old room to run after both and the house was wonderful for hanging out together while also having our own spaces. Kyle was very responsive and helpful. We loved our visit!

We stayed here for a family trip to the Ark and Creation Museum. It was only 15 minutes from the Ark and close to interstate access as well. The house itself is beautifully updated and extremely clean! The space is wonderful for a large family to stay comfortably together. We did find the beds to be uncomfortably firm, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the this beautiful property.

We stayed for an extended weekend trip and had a great time. The house was clean and well furnished. The hosts graciously allowed for slightly earlier check in which was perfect.

We enjoyed this home very much. Host was excellent to communicate with. Home was very clean. Excellent layout for a large family. Kitchen worked well to make our meals in. I would definitely recommend this home! The only thing I would warn people about is the accessibility for handicap people. If you only need things to be on the same level than this home is great! However, there is no way to enter the home without taking at least one step, and there is no handicap bathroom. The toilet is low. Not ADA height. And there are no rails in the bathroom or in the shower. Once you get up the step, everything is on one level other than the basement area.Overall, this was a great stay!
