'Comfortable home to stay in. Large and open living room and kitchen. The kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks and soda provided. Excellent communication from host.Beautiful wildflowers on the hillside leading down to the pond. We enjoyed watching the butterflies coming to the flowers. '

'Close to the Ark adventure and a short drive to the creations museum. Was very impressed with the property and would definitely stay in again.'

'Great location and was clean. Toilet is low to the ground so keep that in mind if you are tall or can't squat low. You also share your parking area with another tenant so it can be frustrating if they don't park on their side since there is limited space. These things didn't bother us or take away from our stay though! Would stay there again! '

'Everything we needed was available at the house. Living area, kitchen/eating area, bathrooms and Sleeping facilities fit well for us. Only downside was the challenging short steep driveway, as we had three vehicles (two were large) to park, unload and load. Not a showstopper. Just challenging as we live in a flat (not hilly) area.'

'Awesome place, really easy to find. Host was VERY friendly and helpful/responsive. Neighborhood is only a little shady if you aren't used to it, but only a little. '

'We had an amazing time with my family here, we had all different ages from 76 - 6 that had a great time. Kate was a wonderful host and responded immediately to a question we had, she also provided so many suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the surrounding areas. The house is very large and decorated beautifully! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook/eat with. There were many different places outdoor to sit and relax. We also liked taking a hike down to the lake....

'We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenience to the Ark Encounter, Creation museum, and many other fun & interesting things to do. Normally it takes me a night or two in a new place to adjust to the bed, but here I fell off easily to sleep every night. '

'The house was just as described with all the comforts of home- dishes, towels, pots and pans, games, foil, wrap, seasonings... and the washer and dryer and wi fi was a big plus! We enjoyed the quietness. The house was very clean and had nice homey touches in decoration. We went to Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Kincaid Lake State Park during our stay.'
