'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '

'Redelijk basis hotel geen franje maar wel goed. Ontbijt is heel basis. Kamers en bedden zijn prima. Op loop afstand van een walking trail langs Lake Ontario. Aan de andere kant van de snelweg is een grote supermarkt.'

'Heating was noisy and very dry air. When you turned it of it was too cold in the room within one hour. Restaurant next door quit and when I asked the desk where I can find a restaurant she send me to a gasstation. Never go there again.'

'Staff was FANTASTIC!! Rooms were clean, lobby was beautifully decorated, breakfast was convenient and offered a lot of hot and cold options for the whole family. The Hotel itself needs quite a bit of updating, and fixing, and the surrounding area is definitely up and coming but currently lacks. '

'The Admiral Inn is exactly what I want when I stay in Hamilton. Plenty of parking. clean rooms that are well-appointed. Everything works and the staff are ready and able. '

'We went to The Pearle to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Right from arrival, the valet bellmen are so helpful unloading our vehicle, and ensuring a warm handoff to check-in. After they brought all our bags up, we quickly realized we forgot a bag in our car and they remedied the situation immediately. The spa was well worth every penny! It was pure luxury! We enjoyed spa treatments, and had lunch served in the adjoining pool lounge area....

'Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. Down to earth people.'
