'I have been staying at this hotel since it was country inn and suites around 2011, I can't believe how bad it has gone down hill! A person could pop a tire trying to navigate the road in and parking lot, informed there is no housekeeping, had to find someone if you need anything. They have laundry but don't sell laundry detergent, was told to go to dollorama! They also need pest control, there was so many spiders and ants! Too cheap to call the orkinman I guess. Too sum up this hotel is dirty...

'The only downfall for us was the price of parking. The hotel was clean, spacious, a delicious breakfast included with a lot of choices, and was close to everything we needed. The only let down for us like I said was the price of parking at $14 a day, adds up quickly when you’re there for a few nights.'

'This was my third stay at this property in the last 12 months or so. Check in was a breeze. I was greeted with a smile and she was very efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. 'The staff were extremely calm, friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic. They were very helpful with directions around the city. Breakfast was amazing. Although it would have been nice to have some hash browns and maybe some muffins or sweetbread like other Best Westerns offer.
