'We love the dune crest and stay every year. The air conditioner is a little loud, the breakfast is only so so, but other than that, it cannot be beat! The view, the comfort, the beauty, the location… It is our favorite place to stay and we come back at the end of June year after year.'

'The property its self is not well kept. The office staff was friendly and explained everything well. The inside was definitely more updated than the outside. The floor was dirty and the comforter on the bed looked dirty, it has stains on it. The pillows cases were either pure white or yellow. I was only there for one night and did not use the pool. I did wake up to cockroaches in the bathroom. Location was good, not far from good things to eat and Nauset Beach. '

'Check-in was extremely slow and then when we got to the room realized that the window was not able to be secured (there was loose duct tape on the window which was no longer even sticking). There was also noticeable mold in the bathroom. We requested to switch rooms since we could not lock our belongings in the first floor room with a window that could be opened. The staff was apologetic and promptly gave us a new room which was better. That said, it was clear that someone tried to duct tape...

'Awesome. Clean. Pool area was a HUGE Bonus. Paul at the front desk, Emiliano behind the bar, Trish who kept our room clean were all amazing. I never thought I’d want to stay so far in the east end but with easy parking it was a super convenient to do whatever we wanted to do. Plus there is a shuttle which we didn’t even need. Kids loved the pool, giant sized chess and connect four, the ping pong table etc.'

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the hotel and history. A few minor maintenance issues, but the amazing views are worth it. Just wish they had an elevator. Overall recommend.'
