Second, we had a room with a kitchenette and many of the dishes and utensils were put away dirty by the previous group so there was food on every thing. I feel like although its up to you to wash your own dishes the hotel staff should atleast inspect these items between stays or indicate that there...

The ONLY thing I wish they had was separate reading lights. Trying to read while my wife was trying to sleep the only option is the overhead LED lights that shine directly over the bed. It would be a really nice to have option. '

'This is our favorite place to stay in Orleans. Everything is just perfect. Clean and neat, rooms are a great size. It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. Tables and grill outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you like to eat outside. They also service a continental breakfast everyday with homemade muffins. Also if you don't want to go to the ocean to swim the pool is perfect. They do have a laundry on the grounds too. Best place to stay on Cape Cod.

'We’ve stayed here many times. It’s conveniently located right across Marconi Beach. It has a great restaurant next door and wonderful breakfast bagel a very short walk from the hotel. The two pools were great for the kids. '
