'We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. '

'We had a good relaxing time at this house. Great location right on the beach. The home is older but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very good restaurants nearby that had tasty oysters on the half shell for half off during happy hour. The beach is nice and clean with little traffic.'

'This is a beautiful cozy cottage, perfect for a small family. Centrally located on the Cape close to a lot of sights and attractions. There is a beach and restaurant within walking distance. My granddaughters and I had a great stay this summer.'

'Mother/ daughter trip. Had plenty of room for the two of us. Would be ok having two more. Plenty of places close by for all the things you need to stock up for your stay. Several shops and eateries. Staying here made it easy access to several places at the cape. Didn’t realize there wasn’t air conditioning but the weather was great. Would stay here again! '
