The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. '

'Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit.'

'This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!'
