'Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!'

The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable'

'Very nice place and community. Enjoyed the beach not the stairs but good for the legs. Ate at the Popponesset Inn and the Marketplace and seafood was excellent. Mashpee Commons also a good place to eat and shop and close by. Will be coming back. '

'Location was walking distance to town. Place was nicely decorated and welcoming. Floor could have been a little cleaner, my socks were very dirty from walking on the floor. Hair dryer had either little air or burning hot air coming through it. Still we had a nice stay. I would recommend it to others.'
