'This property exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, the rooms were large, and the very high ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was outstanding - whirlpool tub, walk in shower, double sinks, separate toliet compartment. We had a rainy day and really enjoyed the gas fireplace. 'Great house with enjoyable blend of spaciousness and cozy appeal. Kitchen was well appointed and great overall aesthetic, layout - roomy for 5. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. There's a super cute 500ft ferry ride ($35 round trip) to get to and from this location so plan for food accordingly!'

'Was exactly what I expected for our stay on the Island. I grew up on Cape Cod and looking forward to a cozy cottage on the island. The property mgr also lives on the property but I only saw her once when I communicated that the coffee maker broke and was promptly replaced with a new one. Short drive or pleasant walk to downtown Edgartown with its restaurants and shops. Love the outside shower. Was there in September so the beaches are everywhere. Great farms on the island so it's easy and fun...

'Cute cottage well updated, close to downtown shops and beaches! Our family enjoyed our trip. Gina was responsive to all questions. It is on a main road but the noise wasn’t bad and the parking with driveway on the side street was great. We enjoyed the yard and outdoor shower especially after the beach. 'Spent a week with my wife in Lynne's cottage. Although the cottage is small, we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. It is bright, well furnished, and cheerfully decorated. The cottage is located in a quiet, wooded area. It is only a short walk to Edgartown and the beach on Eel Pond.'

'We stayed at this property in July and it is one I would definitely rent again. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The RightFork Diner, which is one of our favorite spots was just down the street. Downtown Edgartown was a short and pleasant bike ride away. We enjoyed the back deck area and my kids loved the hammock. The home owner (Sandra) stopped by shortly after we arrived and answered any questions we may have had. We plan on returning next summer.'
