'We loved the house! It is excellently maintained and charmingly decorated. The location is just perfect. We had some communication issues with the host during the check in process, but he was kind and reasonable to exchange with.Just one thing to beware of; the bed in the first floor bedroom is EXTREMELY high, with no aid to get up on it. As someone with a hip issue, I managed twice, but it was so difficult, I gave up and used the sofa. For most people this may not be a problem, but for some it...

'Spotlessly clean cottage only steps from the beach. Lovely swimming pool onsite. The landlord was very responsive to our emails and a joy to work with. The cottage was perfectly appointed and was a fun place to stay. Very close to downtown Hyannis, a few minutes drive to the island ferries and central to shopping and dining without being in the touristy area. On site parking was easy and plentiful. The beach views from the spacious deck with grill and seating. Would definitely stay here again!'

'We had a wonderful time in Cape Cod in large part due to staying at this property. The place was immaculately clean, which is top priority for me. It was comfortable and spacious and very well maintained. The outside property was nicely manicured and the deck was so convenient. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds that I have been on. I will keep this place in mind for future trips to the Cape.'

I like the simplicity of bringing your own sheets and towels…The backyard patio was very comfortable. The neighborhood was family friendly and a convenient 4 minute walk to the beach and to neighborhood restaurants.
