'Royal Hotel has it all and more and for a lot less $$. Based on our actual experiences of 9 stays over the past 6 months, this complex is deserving of much more than 3 star rating. This review is based on our stay of Oct 22/23, 2 rooms w/1 adult in each, 1 room pet friendly. Check in was quick with a very knowledgeable and personable receptionist. I was traveling with a small dog and was pleasantly surprised with our pet friendly room. We found the only difference being the laminate flooring...

'Very acceptable accommodation for rate and location. Friendly staff.'

'Easy and quick check in and out. Pool was toooooo busy on Sunday from non guests I think. Room was great….coffee pot too high to use. No ports by bed for phones… across the room had 2. Clean rooms.'

'The lady checking us in went above and beyond in solving a mistake I made while booking and was extremely patient and helpful making things right.'

'Bed bugs. Check the mattress before staying here. I woke up covered in bites, and when I raised my concerns, the woman I spoke with called me a liar, as though I would have any reason to make something like that up. The room was also extremely noisy, the door didn't latch properly, and there was no ventilation. I was driving through to Regina and just needed a clean, comfortable place to get some rest for me an my dogs. Very disappointing. Never again.'

'No in room coffee'
