'The motel has their own airport shuttle and it is free. Very friendly staff. Room is big enough and clean with a kitchenette. No aircon, but we didn't it anyway. There is a ceiling fan. You can order in breakfast and pay for it when you actually order it. Wifi is good.'

'We loved this little oasis. The owners have done an amazing job of creating a special place that has everything you need. We were driving from Taupo to Napier and stopped for the night. They have lawn tennis, a full spa, swimming pool and an amazing restaurant not to be missed. Don’t bother going back into Napier for dinner. Stay here. They have an incredible wine selection and it’s been one of the highlights of the trip so far. '

'The owners Carol and Max were friendly and welcoming. The unit was all we needed for a short stay and nice to be in a semi-rural setting. Heat pump provided the heating we needed when cold overnight and in the morning. Need to move a few things around to make space for making breakfast, however is workable. :-) '
