'I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Didn't knew it was included. Friendly staff and as there was no elevator it was very nice that the staff carried our luggage to our room. Breakfast tasted good and enough options to pick from. The restaurant in general was good and for a good price. Hotel was very helpful in planning activities although initially something went wrong with the agreed price but...

'The room was spotless and very spacious. I love that they have a beach bag available in your room to use on tours and its filled with usable items like water bottles, towel and water shoes. The breakfast was really good and had good otions for everyone. I think what stood out the most was the host on duty Chingy. He was great and remarkably helpful whenever we needed anything. Would HIGHLY recommend this to travelers going to Coron. '

'During our stay it was low season, so the hotel felt deserted at times (thought there was always staff there). However: The atmosphere must be amazing if there are more visitors. The pool area and gardens in the hotel are awesome and definitely a great place for children. The "restaurant" (which was actually the pool bar serving food) could improve a lot on quality though. 'Very basic, everything you need was there. However, the ladies at the front desk weren’t as polite and helpful as it could be and don’t expect too much of the breakfast and swimming pool. '

'The accommodation is really good with an A/C in our queen bedroom. The room has a washroom as well. Breakfast is already included in the package for our stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating our concerns. I will stay here again when given a chance to comeback to Coron.'
