Hotel en faciliteiten hebben onderhoud nodig. Kamers zijn niet schoon. Zwembad erg troebel. Personeel is fantastisch wat een service.

It was really nice and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was about 20 mins away from the main city center though so if you wanted to go around for shopping and eating out- you would need to use their private shuttle which is about P650 each way. You can also take a trike for P30 per person but that might be a bit far. There is another eating/shopping area closer to the resort which is about 5-10 mins in a trike. Smaller though. The property also had a small pier with a bar where you can enjoy the sunsets. It was also convenient for private tours as the tour picked you right up from the pier so no need to go anywhere else. Breakfast buffet was spectacular but the drinks at the bar needed work. Overall a great experience.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and this was a lovely place to stay in Coron. The only slight issue was the WiFi not working very well in our room/beside the pool. Other than this we couldn’t fault the hotel. It was a fantastic experience and we’d recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here!

The staff are very warm and friendly. There are nice personal touches, like a treat at turn down service. The food service is slow, however, and the food mediocre. I would plan to eat in town. The pool is really nice.

It’s a nice location. No traffic noise. The Mangrove in the back of the property added a nice touch to the property . Watching the sunset adds to the serenity of the place. Beautiful !! In addition… the staff were excellent.

We had a great experience at this property. They took care of us ! We felt the luxury experience coming here. We emailed them a day before saying we want to do a tour right when we arrive from the airpott and they had a private tour arranged for us on a beautiful boat with our tour guide Nonoy which gave us such an amazing treatment! We enjoyed this tour as our favourite from the palawan island as he gave us an incredible experience, even snorkelled with us to show us some different types of fish and even was a great photographer! The resort was really clean amazing! The backbar for sunset was beautiful and the bartender was informatative of what to do in the area around. The only problem we had with this resort which was spotty wifi. Wish the breakfast had a few more options and an option for a good espresso! The town was walkable but took about 25 mins

We loved our stay at Bacau Bay Resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent with slightly different options each morning. The Wi-Fi was fine and there was even hot water from the bathroom sink which is kind of rare in some resorts in the Philippines. While the lunch food was just okay, it’s a short tricycle ride to many good restaurants in the area.

Our stay at Bacau Bay Resort was wonderful. The room was spacious with a balcony, breakfast was great with a lot of options, and most of all, the Staff was very polite, ready to help with information and questions, and very accommodating. They had a boardwalk going up to the bar to watch the sunset, and the pool was conveniently located . It’s also about 10-15min ride on a tricycle. All in all, it was a nice and pleasant stay.Will recommend to family and friends and definitely stay here again if we’re in town.

We chose this hotel to have comfort after a 3 day boat expedition from El Nido to Coron and it was amazing. We had the suite and it's so comfortable, clean, and well organised. The hotel is of reasonable size and didn't feel crowded, however the swimming pool area, which is lovely, couldn't accommodate all of the guests so you had to be there early to get a spot. There is no beach or swimming area but the pier is nice and makes a lovely spot for sunset drinks at the pier bar. You can get to the center of coron in 10min in tricycle for 30 pesos pp. The breakfast was not the best we've had, but was satisfactory, except one day we had to have it very early (during opening times) and the buffet wasn't ready which was a bit disappointing. The staff is lovely and super helpful. Overall really recommend staying there.

Staff- very friendly, always welcoming from the time your van drops you off until you depart. The hotel is very well staffed. There was always staff to help every guest if needed, pool side, sunset pier with cocktails, the have a children’s event everyday from 3-4pm. My daughter was able to make a bracelet , paint and paint small clay figured to take home. The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and full of life. Trees that give me plenty of shade through out the grounds. Hammocks and cushioned swings are strategically places around. There are several parts to the pool. The pool is spacious and well maintained. The main pool is 4feet and they have a circular 7 ft pool. Plenty of recliner chairs with umbrellas to lounge on. Towels are available and often rolled up on each chair. The is a main bar adjacent to the pool with more cushioned lounge chairs. Every night from 4-6pm the hotel offered a sunset bar at the pier. There were nets above the water that could fit four to five people with large pillows to relax on. A small bar with a canopy is on the pier so you can enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset every night. Staff, once again were helpful assisting guests in and out of the nets. Wifi could be reached through the hotel grounds. The signal was always strong and fast. Ambient music is playing through out the grounds. Breakfast was amazing!!! Western and Filipino food was served. Vegetarian options. Menu was different everyday Just Amazing!!!

Our stay was amazing! Service was incredible. From check in with welcome drinks and cool towels to the private boat tours this hotel is amazing. We extended the stay from 3 nights to 6. The beds are very comfortable. The air condition works well. I couldn’t love this place more.

Make the stay brief or compromise
It’s a large hotel as far as rooms go but in a run down condition. The beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. Felt like I needed to wear slippers in the shower. Pool is small for the amount of people using it. No pool service at all. You need to hunt someone down. Asked front desk not to be disturbed for a morning sleep in and was woken up at 8.45 for house keeping. Sweet treats dropped off at room late afternoon were delicious. Checked out bill had added things we didn’t have !!

Fint hotell men har store forbedringsmuligheter. Resepsjonen fungerer dårlig. Hyggelig innsjekking. Men veldig veldig treig utsjekking. Wifi fungerte ikke hele uken, og bare sakte siste dagen. Ellers reint og pent på rommet i 3.etasje uten heis. Flott basseng i barnestørrelse som passer til å dyppe rundt i. God frokost, resturant ellers middels kvalitet. Hyggelig og høflig personale.

Beautiful resort
This is a very nice tropical resort with a calming feel. The pool is beautiful and the staff is very attentive and kind. The food is amazing. Some of the best fries I’ve ever had and the pizza was superb!! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had many options. The prices were very reasonable as well. They also offer room service. The staff was constantly cleaning the grounds and were available for any requests. The room and bed was comfortable. The TV was very small. Upon arrival I had to ask housekeeping to come and clean the floors and the shower. The floors had some spots maybe from food and hairs in the shower. The water only got lukewarm. Wi-Fi was very spotty. There was a rooster that was making sounds all hours of the night. I was constantly waking up. It wasnt typical bc it was not just making sounds at Dawn. Coron is a remote island so I think all this is expected. Perhaps I should have done more research but there are no beaches accessible from this property. U have to take a tricycle to go to a beach which is not impressive. Basically u need to take a boat tour to see any beaches. The town is nicer than El Nido but for me the surrounding islands of El Nido are nicer. Thank you to the lovely staff for making my stay feel safe and relaxed.

We had a non refundable booking and decided to cut it short at our loss. Breakfast is not very good, there is wifi but no internet. We were unable to conduct calls on viber, messenger or whatsapp. There is absolutely no cell coverage. There are plenty of other hotel options on same rd. At same or lower price. Pool water was dirty. During first two days a guy was using power tools outside our window from 7am to 5pm. As always in Philippines - staff is friendly and helpfull.

The staffs esp. housekeeping crew were amazing-good work ethics. The pool is heated and clean. We really enjoyed our meals in their restaurant, buffet and sit down. We loved this place.

Nice stay with friendly staff
Staff was very friendly and accommodating but food service for non-buffet meals was very slow. The room was comfortable and roomy. It would be nice to have some kind of exhaust fan in the bathroom to let out the humidity after a shower. Boat excursion was fabulous. Tour guide and personal butler from Bacau were friendly, helpful, entertaining, and served a great meal. My husband and I had 2 hour massages that were so relaxing!

The staff are helpful. However housekeeping needs to be lift their game. We managed to only check in at 6pm on day of our arrival. On the first day of stay, our room was not cleaned when we arrived back at the hotel at 5.30pm which is quite poor. Also our room was near to the village estate and the roosters have an early start in crowing. On the other hand, the staff are friendly and helpful. When they read my check in experience offered me a free massage as compensation which was greatly appreciated and it was an excellent massage at the hotel.
