Regarding your complaints about our policies and pricing, we truly understand this, but please know that we have designed the whole island experience with our valued guests like you in mind. Our island is a private island, so we don’t allow outsiders like third-party tour providers to dock here, primarily for security reasons. The tours we offer are on the pricier side due to the fact that many external tour providers do not comply with safety rules as they operate without going through recommended government registration and accreditation. Also, the travel time to Coron’s top attractions is longer than more than half an hour from our island than from the town. As for the water, guests can request for free drinking water via phone or by walk-in at the restaurant anytime. Again, thank you for your review about our property.
