'After check-in the staff doesnt care about there guests. If you want something you have to find one of the staff, who are kind of hiding. No roomcleaning, not even after asking twice and getting confirmation they will clean. The food is blend and not very good. When I stayed there I was sick but nobody cared. The filipinos who stay there get way more attention, So it might be that they cant speak English. There was a typhoon when I stayed there but the staff did not say anything to there guests...

'The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. Wi-Fi here is not great, but you don't go to Palawan to stay in all the...

'Not really sure where to begin with this review because it was honestly the best stay of my life. The manager of Cozy Coron went above and beyond in EVERY WAY as did every single staff member. I ended up getting very sea sick while i was there, and they took care of me like I had hired private nurses. It was so far above the care I’ve ever received anywhere EVER. What a wonderful place. I can’t wait to return! It was COLD Aircon and the only quiet stay I had my entire 3 week trip! '

'Rustig hotel op eiland. Via een gratis transfer boot te bereiken. Wachten op het bootje was maximaal 20min. Het hotel zelf mag wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Douches is aan vernieuwing toe. De bedden waren goed. Er waren veel Aziatische bezoekers en weinig westerlingen.'

Very peaceful spot, basic but comfortable, great food and excellent access to dive sites and the northern side of the island. This is an extremely quiet part of Basuanga Island, so be prepared with cash and a good book. '

'Wonderful staff! The transport coming in and out of the island was excellent and everything is in order. The island itself is beautiful, accommodation is excellent and the staff are all courteous.
