"Texas Teal House" is de perfecte plek om in Port Aransas te zijn! Dit comfortabele huis is "in de stad" en dicht bij de veerboot, restaurants, het natuurreservaat en het strand! Het complex heeft een prachtig kustlandschap en een prachtig zoutwaterzwembad. Er is genoeg ruimte voor vrienden en familie om te verzamelen - met drie slaapkamers plus een extra slaapruimte en drie en een half baden. Dit huis heeft 2 boilers, dus er is altijd voldoende warm water! Het is ingericht om de schoonheid en het comfort van Port Aransas te weerspiegelen. Er is ook een nieuwe gasgrill! This is a very beautiful home. We had a lovely stay. I only wish there were trash bags available (I had to purchase my own) and that I was informed about "trash day". I took the trash (which was full) to the curb, but it was not picked up when we were there. It was truly a wonderful experience and I look forward to visiting again.Truly,Mary

Amazingly Peaceful

The property was nice and spacious. There were 2 couples a teenage boy and a toddler. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The bed in the master ensuite was very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful but conveniently located near restaurants. Would definitely here again.restaurants and stores.

Perfect Vacay!

Will definitely stay here again! Straight shot to and from the ferry, walking distance to some restaurants/stores! Convenient location to everything! Adults/teenagers all slept comfortably and condo was perfectly equipped!!!

The house is very spacious and a great set up for bigger groups. Very clean, except the outside grill was dirty. The parking is very limited, especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Great location to walk to most of the popular bars & restaurants.

Great Family or Group Getaway

This property is spacious and in a great location. It is central to restaurants, activities, shopping and the beach. Yet, tucked away in a quiet community off the main path to reduce noise and traffic. The pool on the property is a very nice amenity. There are plenty of books, games, cards and TVs to entertain a crowd. The main living is upstairs, so I would not recommend it if you struggle with your joints or climbing stairs. The views are limited. But still a great place to stay at an affordable price. I’d highly recommend it and stay there again myself.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room and amenities. The house was clean and well staged. Property is not that far from the beach either. We were able to ride our bikes there with ease. Property management responses to our inquiries were very timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place but a little tight on parking

Unit is a 3 bedroom and supposed to accommodate 8 to 10 people. We had issues with trying to park 3 vehicles as to there was not enough room (neighbors had same issue). As for the property it was really clean and nice. Only negative was parking.

Townhome was nice & clean and located close to several nice restaurants

Located in the center of town in Port Aransas, this townhouse has plenty of room for up to 10 guests. The 2 bedrooms, living room & kitchen upstairs are nice and spacious, however the bedroom downstairs is small and shares a bathroom with whomever sleeps on the extra pullout bed. Would recommend giving the kids the downstairs if they can be trusted not to sneak out at night. We weren’t too thrilled with the view from the balcony (overlooking a RV park) however it wasn’t terrible. The park was clean and quiet. The community pool is nice, but can quickly become crammed with too many guests. Also would recommend adding restrooms to the pool area. This place is probably best for a younger group of people, as constantly navigating the tall / steep staircase can become tedious & tiresome. Management was great and very courteous & helpful with anything we needed.

Broken bed We had to sleep on a broken bed during our whole stay. I guess the owner chose not to fix or replace while we were there. Very uncomfortable!!!
