Welkom! Bedankt voor het bekijken van ons kleine kustverblijf!

Dit onlangs gerenoveerde gemeubileerde appartement is een geweldige plek voor ons geweest, en we zijn blij om het ook voor jou te kunnen aanbieden! Ons appartement beschikt over een grote open woon / eetkamer / keuken, een slaapkamer (met queensize bed) en een bad (met bad). Onze locatie op de eerste verdieping biedt twee buitenpatio's: een in de schaduw aan de voorkant en een zonnig gedeelte naast de woonkamer. Er is een zwembad om de hoek in ons complex met een schaduwrijke cabana!

Dit appartement is geschikt voor 4 personen. Er is een queensize bed in de slaapkamer (Serta iComfort-matrasenset) en een queensize slaapbank (met verbeterde matras) in de woonkamer. We zullen ook een queen-sized luchtbed bieden als dat voor u gemakkelijker te gebruiken is dan de slaapbank! Laat het ons van tevoren weten als u wilt dat wij de slaapbank en / of het luchtbed vooraf klaarmaken en wij zullen het klaar hebben voor uw komst! Anders zal extra linnengoed voor beide in master kast zijn. Als u meer dan 4 gasten heeft, neem dan contact met ons op voor een mogelijke uitzondering op dit beleid.

Onze keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw verblijf, inclusief een koffiezetapparaat en een waterkoker (inclusief koffie en ontbijt thee), broodrooster, mixer, crock pot, potten, pannen en standaard keukengereedschap. Bijgewerkte roestvrijstalen apparaten, waaronder een vaatwasser, maken uw verblijf gemakkelijk en handig. Er mist iets? We wonen in de buurt en zijn geschikt voor redelijke verzoeken!

Deze woning is ook uitgerust met tv met basiskabel en internet. Bordspellen, boeken en puzzels zijn beschikbaar als u wilt "loskoppelen" voor uw verblijf!

Onze woning zal ook badzeep, shampoo / conditioner, zonnebrandcrème en een EHBO-kit bevatten. Extra beddengoed voor alle bedden, badhanddoeken, washandjes, strandlakens en zonnebrandcrème worden ook gemeubileerd. Stapelbare kleding wasmachine en droger is ook in de flat voor uw gemak met wasmiddel.

Ons appartement is huisdiervriendelijk! Goed opgevoede huisdieren zijn welkom! Het is gemakkelijk om ze uit te nemen met deze unit op de eerste verdieping. Doggie opruimzakken zijn aanwezig. Neem voor het reserveren contact met ons op als u meer dan één huisdier meeneemt! Dank je!

We houden ervan hoe dicht deze woning bij het strand en de zeewering is - een gemakkelijke 5 minuten lopen! Ook heel dicht bij het Waves Resort en het waterpark (voorheen Schlitterbahn) en andere attracties op Padre Island!

Perfect Coastal Getaway – Pet-Friendly & Thoughtfully Stocked!

We travel here from Dallas, We have rented several condo in this area over the years and this condo has just about everything you need for a peaceful getaway! The owners are pet-friendly even allowing larger dogs, which is a huge plus. A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the welcome snacks left for us on the bar, along with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and lotion in the bathroom. It really shows how much the owners care about their guests.I even spotted a crock pot (not listed in the amenities) such a handy surprise! Imagine throwing dinner in before heading to the beach and having it ready when you return. Even the cook gets to relax on island time!The condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach just a couple of blocks away. The owners have stocked it with beach chairs, towels, and even a beach wagon. So, if you’d rather walk than drive or pay to park, just load up the wagon and go!The nearby beach is lively, lifeguard-monitored, and dog-friendly (leashes required). Plus, there are a couple of bars to enjoy—one with a view of the ocean.If you’re looking for a more secluded beach day, our family highly recommends Malaquite Beach, about 15 miles down S. Padre Island Drive. It’s a beautiful state park with plenty of space to spread out, it has a drive out beach so you can set up a shade tent, and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Coral & Tommy for sharing your condo with us.

Everything You Need

This place was perfect in so many ways, starting with the location being such a short walk to the beach. It was also the best stocked place I have ever stayed! I love to cook & everything I needed was there, including stainless steel pots & pans, & a nice roomy kitchen. Tons of soft towels, complimentary lotion, shampoo, etc., lots of toilet paper & paper towels, garbage bags also included, and just move in ready for a great stay. Nice big bathroom too! It’s decorated so charming & I really loved staying here. I was able to park right outside the 1st floor condo so loading in & out was super easy.

Great little place

This condo is beautiful! We had to get in touch with the owners due to a flood that happen to hut and they responded right away and were so helpful! Very very nice hosts! Very clean and fully socked with towels, blankets, and goodies! I would highly reccomend!

Very clean and beautiful place!

The condo was updated and fully stocked with glasses , pots, pans,etc. They also had most stuff you could need for the beach which was very helpful . The only small complaint I had was the outside patio area is in need of new furniture and clean up. The furniture was old and rusty and the person above the condo fed birds seed day and night! Birds and seeds dropped down all over everything! My husband got pooped on by one of the birds! You couldn’t leave your towels out to dry because of it or sit out and enjoy the evening. If you don’t care about the outside then there’d be no issue. Overall it was a very nice place to stay!

Great getaway!

This was a much needed getaway and this quaint little condo made it all the more rewarding. We had everything we needed here for our family of three. Perfect for two & beach is a quick walk

First of all, check in and communication with owner was exceptional. She left snacks for us and there's all the beach gear and plenty of towels in the closet. I loved that i could bring my two little dogs. There's not a yard, but across the alley is a grassy place for their duties and poo bags.The beach is literally down the alley, across the street, and thru a parking lot. Super quick walk! The bed is comfy. There's a great little outdoor space to sit out and drink coffee. The pool is close. We always went to pool for a little bit after spending time at the beach. Also, there was all the things you need to cook, even foil and baggies for leftovers. We loved that there was a washer and dryer, even laundry soap. I would totally stay here again!

Fantastic Beach Getaway Spot

The condo was exactly as described in the listing, super clean and comfy and of course, close to the beach! Coral was very easy to communicate with and had little touches that made the condo seem like it was made for us.
