Beach Haven is nieuw en verbeterd! Volledig gerenoveerd na orkaan Harvey. Beach Haven is strandaccommodatie aan de oceaan gelegen aan de prachtige stranden van het eiland Mustang in Port Aransas.

Beach Haven biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan, de met gras begroeide duinen en het zwembad vanaf het ruime privébalkon, de woonkamer en de grote slaapkamer. Gelegen in het Grand Caribbean Condominium complex en beschikt over keyless entry, twee liften en een eigen promenade met een kronkelend pad dat u door de met gras begroeide duinen naar het strand leidt. Als u op zoek bent naar een afgelegen vakantie, dan zal Beach Haven u in het landschap stoppen!

Beach Haven heeft een volledig nieuwe boerderij in kuststijl ingericht en ingericht. Dit mooie appartement biedt een open concept leefruimte voor intieme familie tijd. De familiekamer heeft een nieuwe lederen ligbank en loveseat voor ultiem comfort terwijl u uitkijkt op de oceaan.

De gloednieuwe Martha Stewart-keuken is voorzien van nieuwe kasten, nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten en werkbladen van zeeglas. De goed gevulde keuken helpt deze retraite een handige goed geplande uitje te maken met Franse deur koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, fornuis, Keurig koffiezetapparaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, broodrooster oven en vuilophaal.

We weten dat een goede nachtrust belangrijk is tijdens uw vakantie! De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een nieuw kingsize bed en meubels aan de kust, terwijl de twee gastenkamers queensize bedden hebben met nieuwe matrassen en meubels aan de kust. De twee slaapkamers hebben uitzicht op de baai. Er zijn ook 2 dubbele luchtbedden met ingebouwde pompen. Beach Haven slaapt 6 - 8 personen comfortabel. De geheel nieuwe en bijgewerkte 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, 3e verdieping condominium is volledig ingericht.

De vernieuwde master bad beschikt over een extra grote betegelde douche met dubbele douchekoppen, glazen deuren en een dubbele wastafel van Martha Stewart dubbele marmeren wastafel. De gast baden zijn voorzien van nieuwe wastafels / ijdelheid met een douche / bad combo.

Beach Haven bevat ook alle nieuwe 50 "4K smart TV in de familiekamer, 46" 4K smart TV in de hoofdslaapkamer en 32 "HD TV's in de andere twee slaapkamers. Een AM / FM-stereo met CD-speler, blue tooth en SD-kaartverbindingsmogelijkheden. Inclusief gratis Spectrum high speed internet met wifi. Bijkeuken inclusief wasmachine, droger en strand voorzieningen.

Eet samen in de eetruimte aan de kust met zitplaatsen voor zes plus drie aan de bar, of op het overdekte terras met uitzicht op de oceaan met zitplaatsen voor vier.

Geniet van de zonsopgang boven de oceaan, vogels kijken of gewoon relaxen op het strand. Grand Caribbean Unit # 3010 heeft het allemaal!

Geniet van golf op de Palmilla Golf Club, 2 mijl ten noorden van Beach Haven. 3 nachten minimum op alle belangrijke feestdagen. Geen maandelijkse huur voor de maanden oktober of maart.

Had a nice vacation

Me and my friends recently stayed at Beach Heaven and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. I especially appreciated all the necessary things that were there. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The location was ideal. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. I loved the big couch with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy movie night. There is also plenty of dining seating with the table, bar stools, and tv trays. The condo was clean and very tastefully decorated. We loved this condo!

Amazing beach front

Loved staying at this unit. Clean and spacious. Great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Swimming pool was a hit with the kiddos. Would definitely stay here again.

Father's Day Weekend

We planned this trip last minute and we are so happy we stayed here! The condo was away from all of the hustle and bustle, which is what we wanted. Check in was super easy, the condo was clean and had everything we needed, even stuff for the beach! The balcony was amazing. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Starkey Properties/ Grand Caribbean

The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved it! The only issues we had was with Starkey Properties. They didnt send me the email 2 days prior to check in to fill out the information needed to get into the condo so I called them and had to fill in all information needed in the hot parking lot on my phone. I called them again because they only gave us 2 parking passes. BTW - They dont answer the phone you have to call and hit the star key for a call back.(Annoying) They said 3 cars were allowed. The 2 with the parking passes can park in the front and the other car can park on the back row where there is not a tow sign. Well 2 days pass and we got a tow notice from "Thomas" saying the vehicle would be towed in 24 hours if not moved. I called Starkey (waited a call back again) I said I needed another pass or they would tow my truck I asked if Starkey Properties were still located up the road where it said on my map quest she said yes and I could come pick up a pass but they closed at 5:00 and it was 4:15. I said I was on my way. Well after going to that address and searching all around I finally stopping at another random Reality office and they said that Starkey did not have a physical building on the island (WHAT?) so I called Starkey again (wait for a call back) and they finally called back and said they would send someone out with another parking pass so my vehicle would not get towed. The condo was excellent - loved it but the Management was horrible.

Very nice condo

This condo is very updated and nice inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (except measuring spoons😁). The view from the balcony is great Our disappointment comes not with the specific condo, but with the complex itself. Until mid to late afternoon, the swimming pool has absolutely no shade except for two tiny tables under a thatched umbrella. There is no where to lounge in the shade and the sun gets brutally hot. Additionally, there are no beach umbrellas for rent anywhere so there is no way to have any shade on the beach. These might be minor problems for some, but we were 4 adults in our 70’s looking to just relax on the beach or by the pool and not work on getting a tan. We do not have our own beach umbrellas, nor would we have been able to put them up if we did. If you are okay with the above info, then I recommend staying in this condo (but bring your own toilet paper…😁)

CLEAN and great location

This is the first location I've stayed and felt like it was actually clean. Everything was extremely clean inside and outside the condo. We saw ground staff multiple times cleaning the walkway to the beach, mopping elevators, picking up trash, etc. The beach is very easy to access and has a hose to rinse of the sand after your beach trip. Overall a 5/5 stay!

Great accommodations. One bedroom shares community bathroom. A bit of a hike to the beach but easy access. Driving to the beachfront of condo is about 15 minutes. Overall super comfy and high end!

Nice stay

We have younger children, so being able to 'come and go' between the beach and condo was really valuable to us. We did not have to pack tons of snacks and lug them to the beach. We ate, went and played on the beach, and when kids got hungry or tired, we just ducked back into the condo and had a snack/rest.

Beautiful condo

This condo was located just outside of town which was perfect. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The condo looks like it’s been recently updated. Everything was beautiful and worked great! Everything we could’ve asked for (including some wipes to remove the occasional tar you get on your feet!) it was a very successful and relaxing week.

We had a great stay at the "Beach Haven" condo at the Grand Caribbean. Our family enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach was really close. The views from the balcony were great. The condo had everything we needed, except a can opener. We would stay there again.

We had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean was well equipped with everything that one would ever need for an extended stay. The decor was so beautiful - beachy and cheerful. It was a perfect place for us adults to unwind and kids to go wild on the beach; then come home and relax on the balcony and watch a movie before going to bed. The location was great. It felt exclusive and private because it was far from the crowded stretch of the beach. And I must say, that we had front row seating for the most perfect sunrise ever! There is really so much to talk about this beautiful condo. It felt like home but with the feel of an awesome vacation. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely rent from them again.
