COMPLEX / GEMEENSCHAP
3 Boeien is gelegen in het Palm Bay Village complex. Dit complex biedt een van de beste lagune stijl zwembaden je hier op het eiland vindt, compleet met een waterval en een grote ondiep water voor de kinderen. En nu is het zwembad is verwarmd voor het hele jaar door plezier. Het gehele complex is mooi aangelegd met weelderige tropische landscaping. BBQ grills zijn ook beschikbaar voor gasten.
De centrale ligging van Palm Bay Village biedt gasten gemakkelijke toegang tot alles wat het eiland te bieden heeft, zoals kilometerslange winderige stranden, het geheel nieuwe Schlitterbahn-waterpark en tal van winkel- en eetgelegenheden.

INTERIEUR
U zult genieten van de moderne kust vibe dit zeer functionele accommodatie biedt. Om te beginnen, heeft u een, moeilijk te vinden garage voor twee auto's om uw voertuigen te parkeren. Stap uit je auto en ga het pand binnen via de keuken, die goed is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om 3 maaltijden per dag te bereiden en moderne apparatuur, evenals prachtige zwart granieten aanrechtbladen.
Vanuit de keuken stap je in de eetzaal die plaats biedt aan je hele groep. Stap dan in de open en ruime woonkamer die is ingericht met comfortabele banken en een mooie grote flatscreen-tv om te genieten van het grote spel. U kunt vanuit de woonkamer genieten van een mooi uitzicht op het zwembad en de privépatio of een uitstapje maken naar de patio met een prachtig uitzicht op het rondzwemmen van de jongen in het ondiepe en het zwembad.
Boven vindt u de twee slaapkamers, elk met een queen size bed en een eigen badkamer. Een queen size slaapbank is ook in de woonkamer voor twee extra gasten op te slapen. Deze eenheid biedt plaats aan in totaal zes gasten.

Linnengoed voor elk bed en badhanddoeken voor elke gast zijn aanwezig. Een minimumverblijf van twee nachten is vereist. Contracterende gasten van Padre Escapes moeten 25 jaar of ouder zijn. De gast moet een officiële rijbewijs of een andere acceptabele ID hebben.

Pool security and pool grado

We love staying here, is our second time, location is convenient and we have pool access from rm. This time there was a security guard doing rounds, which is great. There was a younger guy the first couple of days. But the 3rd day was a different security guard and he didn’t understand the meaning of diving, he told us kids couldn’t jump into the pool, they weren’t diving!! Families were living the pool for this reason, kind of intimidating to have someone calling you off when you are doing nothing wrong. Also the grado wasn’t working nor the other water features, not sure why they get turned off early, if most people are the pool in the afternoon. We saw they were working in the morning, but when would get there around 6p they would be off. Thanks

Excellent condo near beach

An absolutely stunning condo that was very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Just a two minute ride to the beach in the property had a great pool with barbecue Grills nearby. Unfortunately the pool was so dirty we didn’t go in….looked like no one cleans it and it was like that Thursday through Sunday. Otherwise, the property was excellent and we’d return once more to see if the pool issue was a fluke. Definitely a stunning condo though.

Great Pool and Location

Both bedrooms are upstairs. Plenty of room for an air mattress or 2 also. Couchbed downstairs. Pool visible from patio. Great place for the price. There are places that are a little closer to the beach, but the distance is negligible because you can drive on the beaches anyways. :) We stayed in a different unit in the same condo complex last year and loved the pool so much that we wanted to stay there again. It's beautiful and perfect for a relaxing swim and has shallow areas for kids of all ages. This unit was clean and had towels and all the basics covered. I wish some basic seasonings stayed in the cupboards but understand why they aren't. There was a light that needed changing and an appliance thay stopped working but the owners were quick to respond and worked around our schedule and it wasn't an issue at all. Great stay!

Clean unit close to ocean & beach. Unaware that bedrooms were upstairs (not specified). No internet or cable TV for 2 days. No cable TV in one bedroom for 4 days. Dryer doesn't dry well. One broken bar stool that we just set aside so no one got hurt. Overall rating of 3 star.

Palm Bay Village

Nice place close to the beach and the pool is great. Furniture was comfortable but could use some update because of wear. The kitchen had everything you might need. The bedrooms were a nice size too. The patio looks right out on the pool. Patio set was not fancy but plenty serviceable. I would rent again.

Great location for the price! However, a few issues before you rent.

Location was perfect. Nice access to the pool, short distance to the beach. Met our needs for the first trip to Corpus. However, things that need attention: cleanliness was ok...it wasn’t the normal hard to clean sand from beach goers. It was the carpet wear and stains and the fact that it didn’t seem vacuumed when you find things randomly like bottle caps, abandoned Gatorade bottles or the plastic pieces from brand news clothes tags. The carpet on the stairs was terrible and likely gets the most wear. The porch by the pool was a mess and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The garage had broken glass chips from beer bottles or something that I had to sweep away to park our vehicle in. Guest bathroom tub didn’t drain so you showered in 2 inches of soap/dirty water. There wasn’t a blanket for the sleeper sofa So luckily we had a beach blanket for our son to keep warm and the sleeper sofa right front corner collapses in from the frame and is unsafe for a kid if you aren’t paying attention. Place needs updating and a good refresh in my opinion. A little surprised to be honest but overall we felt safe and had a great trip. Likely won’t stay there again.

We liked it very much!!! We would stay again in this property. My teen daughter and her friends loved the pool. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a plus and having another restroom downstairs was great. My husband liked that it had its own car garage. This property is close by beach which is another plus. I would definitely recommend this place!

COVID get away

The place was very nice. A/C wasn't cooling the first night, but an ac repairman came out promptly and helped us out. Great communication with the renter during that!! We have stayed at Palm Bay a couple of times before and always love it there. Pool is amazing! Quiet and close to the beach. Hope to be back soon!

Had a great time staying in the condo. It was only a 3 minute drive to Whitecap Beach. I wish it had some grass for our dog to go to the bathroom. The condo was really big and well equipped. I will definitely be coming back.

Spacious condo

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. It is very spacious, with high ceilings, so it appears even larger than it is. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils one might need. The resort in which the condo is located has a wonderful pool, which you can access right from the back porch. It was very quiet and peaceful to swim or rest by the pool in the evening. We also appreciated the fact that this unit has a large garage, so our car was kept cool. Don't hesitate to rent this property, it is great! The check-in was easy, with a keyless code, and the property managers were available to answer any questions or concerns. Thank you!

Not like description

I picked this property because according to the description it looked like there was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. It said that one of the bedrooms upstairs had a couch that would fold out into a bed. It was not there and when we called about it they said the property owner had taken it out and offered a blow up mattress instead. Also the description said the two bedrooms upstairs had queen size beds. Not true. They were full size. And don't assume the rest of the people around you have to follow the same rules. Even though it says no pets and no smoking for you (which is fine) the neighbors had dogs that you can hear barking and there was people smoking in the pool area. Oh and one of the nights we were there we couldn't even relax in the pool area because some of the residents that lived there were having a child's birthday party and every lounge chair was full with people that were invited to the party. Not a good place to stay for a vacation.
