Cozy Villa
Choose Shadow Palm Villas because they are pet friendly. This was our third stay. Any issues with your unit, management is very prompt to correct issue. Villas are within walking distance to beach or short ride by bike or vehicle; plus close to grocery store, restaurants, gas station & my favorite Coffee Waves. Very nice stay.

Welcoming!
This villa was so nice. It is very well equipped as it had good cookware and cooking utensils as I have stayed in other rentals where I have had to travel with a good knife and pans. Very spacious, nicely decorated and tile floor throughout making it easy to keep up after our pets. The host was so responsive and quick with communications too. The swimming pool was so inviting and well maintained. Just an overall wonderful, quiet, serene place to stay.

AC's could have been better
We loved our stay, it was very well kept and professional. The only problems we had were the AC's. On our first night, we had trouble sleeping from the heat. But other than that , it's a great place to stay at!

Dream villa
My first stay at a place other than a hotel. It was the best choice! Villa 5 is perfect for a small family! It was nice quiet and the pool was perfect for the kids!! I’ll be back soon!

Port Aransas
Location was easy to find, parking was great, and the inside was perfect for us. The actual location is more like a good 15 minute walk to the beach. And on a hot day with all your beach gear, there and back, 15 minutes is too far. Renting a golf cart to help with all the gear and kids is a must.

This place is a Gem!
We loved everything about this villa in Port A! It was nice and spacious (more spacious than I feel the pictures make it). It was nice and clean and the decor is simple and tasteful. The beds were very comfy, too! The area is quiet, except for the sound of the ocean when you step outside - loved that part! The beach is only a few blocks away, and a nice drive. We had our golf cart and took it there. And...they provided a space and extension cord so that we could charge our battery on the golf cart - a great, extra plus for us! We were there over Thanksgiving, and the nice spacious kitchen allowed us plenty of room to prepare and eat our traditional meal. I would definitely stay again if I plan to be in Port A again!

Another Great Beach Trip
We love everything this property offers! The management is excellent as well as their communication. We were very comfortable in Unit 5. We cooked some great meals and enjoyed the pool during our stay. Sun setting views from the pool are pretty special! And the bonus? Our fur babies were welcome and it was fun for them, too. Thank you, Jacenda, for accommodating us like you did. You made our trip just that much more special!

Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay. The unit was gorgeous and very clean. Host was responsive to all questions.. always within minutes! Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We will be back next time we visit Port A!

Great pandemic get away spot
The villas were ideal for 2020. Walking distance from beach (tho I recommend renting a golf cats if you are staying multiple days/have lots of beach gear). Social distancing was easy. No condo crowds or shared railings/doorknobs to worry about. Grills and pool were clean. Property seems fairly new and is well maintained. Definitely coming back!

This place is very convenient to the beach and the port aransas marina. Property was very well kept!
We had a great experience and would stay here again. The villas are very nice and clean. The rental process was easy and communication was excellent.

Great stay in PA
We had a great time during our stay in PA and the total comfort of this fantastic villa has everything to do with it. The kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances worked great. Most importantly? The beds were very comfortable to us and we slept very well each night. The AC was also in great working order and contributed to our comfort. The villa is very nicely kept as are the property grounds and the pretty pool area. Jacenda was a great hostess and was quick to respond to questions. We hope to be back soon. This villa met all of our needs. Especially the need to have our 2 dogs with us on our trip. They also made a few friends during our stay. =)

Awesome Rental
We stayed in #5. It was very clean, spacious and in the perfect location. The beds were very comfortable and everything was in working order. We loved the fact that it had washer and dryer on site and we had ample parking. If you are wanting a quiet place to stay that is close to the beach this is THE spot. We also recommend Bron’s for your cart rental. Thanks for a great stay. You made our first visit to Port Aransas a great one.

Great stay for Sandfest
We stayed in Villa 5 during Sandfest weekend. The location was perfect with easy access to festival parking, yet out of the heavy traffic flow. The villa was well stocked with everything we needed. Love the nice thick towels and soft bed linens. It's nice to stay in a place where you don't share a wall with another guest....very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return to Shadow Palm!

Fantastic
Very wonderful experience. The directions were a little confusing but we found it kind of hidden, which isn’t really a bad thing. Driving into the lot itself was beautiful with palm trees like it’s own island. The house was beautiful when we walked in, very spacious, ceiling was high, very big living area, very nice kitchen with all updated appliances. The restroom was very nice as well with a walk in shower, two beds in the room were very comfortable, the beds were very firm and we all slept great. There was a remote to control the air and it worked extremely well in the house. There was a tv in the living area and one in the bedroom that were very nice, only problem was, we weren’t able to watch netflix on both at the same time but they had cable and other options available which was nice. The pool was great, very big and a lot of room for big crowds. There were two corner tables inside the pool with umbrellas where you can sit in the pool have a drink. & of course the beach wasn’t far at all, perfect location. Overall it was definitely worth it and definitely one of the best experiences in a rental home. Will definitely rent again.

The property was beautiful open and clean.
It had plenty of space for the 7 of us girls. It could definitely use some more supplies. We were short on towels, bedding and kitchen equipment. We also could have used some cleaning supplies. But the beds were fantastic and the area was very quiet and convenient to everything on the island. If coming with a large group I would recommend some extra blankets pillows and towels

Extremely clean and great location
We have vacationed in a lot of areas and we were impressed wirh Shadow Palms overall. We stayed in Villa 5 and were impressed with the cleanliness and overall decor of the unit. The property was very well maintained and we were also impressed on how easy the reservations and process went. We will definitely be back and look forward to more trips to Shadow Palms in Port Aransas.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home away from home!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very clean, spacious, cool and calm, with a beautiful pool just steps out the front door. Great experience and we would rent here again! The only slight issue was that the WiFi signal is not very strong.
