'Room was clean but the picture they have on here for multiple beds looks like separate rooms it was not it just had multiple beds in one room. Hot tub was not filled up all the way over the jets. The beds are very comfortable but for someone that is short and old and can’t jump the beds were to high. We had to put my mother on fold out couch for her to sleep.'

'I didn’t like how we stayed on the second floor and all day and all night people on the 3rd floor were running and stomping all down the hallway. We had to call downstairs to the staff and ask them if they could call to the 3rd floor to stop running and stomping every 5 minutes of the day and night'

'Room was clean a/c was cold.. The bad. Shower head needs cleaning or replacing, toilet need to be repaired rocks very bad. Restroom need to be upgraded.'
