'Outside cleanliness of house is great, and house is well stocked with amenities. The showers and bathrooms were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Location is great for the area with easy access and a quiet neighborhood.Unfortunately there are some underlying things that bring this listing down.Despite many air fresheners deployed in the house, there is an underlying stink of the house being smoked in for many years, with nicotine staining in the walls to match....

'This property could be great but it is not being kept up by the owners. When we showed up it had not been cleaned and the pool was green. There were also about a hundred wasps flying around in March, one of our party was stung. We reached out to VRBO and were able to cancel and go somewhere else but we lost a day of our trip trying to coordinate it. The property managers tried to get in contact with the owners but they were unresponsive. This seems like a property someone bought to rent out...
