'Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie locatie, rust en ontspanning. Ook een zeer goede keuken! '

'The property was beautiful and I loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the scenery. The owners go out of their way to help you anyway they can and cook delicious breakfast and serve it on the terrace where you can enjoy the scenery more. It was the perfect place to slow down and relax in between touring big cities in Italy. My husband and I both agree that next trip we will plan a longer stay in Chiusi and stay here again.'

'Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. Execellent wines in Montepulciano! '

'This is a beautiful historic property. The instructions to get inside were clear though I had a bit of an issue finding the key card slot - it was placed outside the hallway entry which confused me. AC worked and they were reasonably responsive to any requests I made. Allowed me to leave my bags after check out so I could explore more before heading to my next destination.'

'We loved our stay at Casa di BiaGio! We were a little confused regarding parking and the ZTL zone. The host was very helpful in explaining that parking was available outside of the city and in explaining the ZTL zone. The breakfast was outstanding! The apartment was gorgeous, comfortable, and very clean. Communication was easy and very pleasant. The host was warm and welcoming. We would both stay here again!'

'The first thing I will say is just how amazing the staff here was; I booked the last room at a good rate, and although it was not one of the super fancy suites, it was still a great stay and the staff really made that happen. One of the days, I went to breakfast and was overcome by not feeling well. I apologized and had to leave the breakfast room. They so kindly packed me food and tea on a tray and brought it to my room for me to eat later when I felt better. I loved how central this location...

'Prachtige rustige locatie vlak bij de termen. Motoren mochten we parkeren in de tuin '

'Posto incantevole incastonato in mezzo alle colline con un panorama bellissimo. Padroni gentili e superospitali. Cucina fatta in casa ottima.'

'The property was located close to attractions in old town. Lovely balcony to sit on overlooking the city. Staff was helpful with recommendations and inquiries. Room was clean. Great spot for a couple.'

'We had a wonderful stopover in Chiusi, a nice little village, 2 hours from Rome. The room was beautiful, spotless clean. The owner recommended a very good restaurant. The car could be parked on the premises. Breakfast was excellent, everything was homemade.'
