'I can't say enough good things about the property, the location and Giuseppe. Giuseppe was kind and helpful. Lugged my bag to the top floor (against my protest) and back down the next day... Also stuck around for a couple hours to keep my bags safe after checkout. Everything I needed was available and I had a comfortable stay. If I ever go back to Montepulciano, I will definately stay again. I was overwhelmed with how kind in the town was including Giuseppe (who reminded me of my father)...

'This property met all our needs for a one night stay. It is conveniently located near the train station and near the old town area. The people we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the breakfast area on the rooftop patio was beautiful. The only negative was that the walks of the room were thin and we could hear neighbors quite a bit. '
