'Het hotel heeft alles om geweldig te zijn, goede voorzieningen, prachtige, kamers, goed ontbijt, maar wat is er met het personeel aan de hand? In de ontbijt ruimte was 2 keer een medewerker die ons beide keren geen enkel woord heeft gegund, we moesten maar raden of we thee of iets anders wilden. De receptie was iets beter, maar iets vragen (een wc-rol) werd al direct als teveel gezien. Al met al prima hotel, personeel je gast is een gast, geen lastpak!'

'Lovely resort tucked away in the Tuscan hills. My only regret was not staying longer because one night was definitely not enough. The estate is maintained beautifully and the concierge staff is wonderful. Rooms were small and nicely decorated. Our room had a gorgeous and expansive patio. Amenities are lovely (pool, spa, tennis courts, etc). The restaurant staff was very odd, though. Food was great- we had dinner and breakfast there. But the staff at both was super strange, I don't really know...

'We loved our stay at Le Prata. Small and charming house, very nice rooms. Staff is very friendly, with a special thanks to Philomena. 5 minutes from Montalcino where the owners have a great restaurant. The hotel provides a daily fixed menu in the garden.'

'What a gem of a hotel. Fantastic service, super friendly staff and a highly personal experience. For us, one big draw was the eco friendliness of the hotel and the quality of the ingredients used throughout the hotel’s restaurant and even the room mini bar. 'It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. 'We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Domizia. The staff are incredible! They provided the best service and were so helpful. The hotel is more of a boutique hotel so it wasn’t crowded with people. We loved the pool and private beach area. It was fantastic to have beach chairs to ourselves with an um real everyday steps away from the bar.
