'Villa in ottima e strategica posizione a Capo Vaticano, ideale per raggiungere tutte le più belle zone della Costa degli Dei e dell'entroterra. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tanto spazio sia all'interno che all'esterno. Il clima a Luglio è stato ottimo, sempre con brezza, e la casa si mantiene discretamente fresca e quando necessario è dotata di climatizzazione. 'Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung, der Blick aufs Meer ist ein Traum, die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Nach Pizzo mit dem Auto sind es keine 5 Minuten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. '

'Sehr schönes altes Anwesen mit vielen spannenden, verschlungenen Wegen. Einfach ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem was gebraucht wird. Eine sehr stimmige Anlage mit viel Atmosphäre. Durch die zwei Terrassen konnten wir immer im Schatten sitzen und draußen essen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben vorab eine genaue Position zugesendet bekommen. 'Una villa bellissima con una vista mozzafiato in una zona molto intima ed esclusiva. Assieme ad un gruppo di 8 amici abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni indimenticabili ospiti della signora Paola e del signor Saverio. Comodissime le stanze in grado di ospitarci tutti senza problemi. Già dall'arrivo, grazie al panorama, abbiamo capito che avremmo trascorso una vacanza bellissima....e così è stato!! 'La villa Anna est décorée avec harmonie et la terrasse vous offre une vue incroyable. Il manque pas grand chose pour la monter en gamme : une cafetière qui ne fuit pas, du linge de maison correcte ( les serviettes sont usées et dépareillées, pas de torchons) et une poubelle digne de ce nom car il faut lutter tous les jours contre les chiens errants. Un guide d’utilisation de la maison et des environs serait un plus. Si vous choisissez cet emplacement pour être au calme,et écouter le rythme...

'Schönes Haus genau zwischen Pizzo (Tartufoeis) und Tropea (Traumkulisse/Strand). Treppe direkt vom Garten zu einem Steinstrand, kurz über ein paar Steine steigen oder schwimmend auch sehr schöner Sandstrand, eine einsame Bucht mit tollem klarem Wasser. Bäcker und Supermarkt in Briatico City ca 4 Autominuten entfernt. Gerne wieder :)'

'We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. A lot has been written already and all is true. Ginevra is the most wonderful host you can imagine, present, friendly, helpful but never invasive. The property is stunning. The villa is very well equipped both inside and outside: linens, tons of cooking accessories, products for dishwasher and washing machine, towels, nothing is missing.
