'I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The front desk staff was lovely, personable, helpful and friendly. I had a beautiful room with a view of the Lake. The breakfast served was a real breakfast which was quite tasty. Parking was easy. I would stay at this hotel again. :)'

Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor.
Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...
