'Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth. Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs.'

'Contracted property earlier in the afternoon to request a early check-in as weather was bad, left a message but no-one got back to me. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed.
