'Parking easy and secure. Clean rooms and lovely hotel. I recommend '

'We had an excellent stay at The Portland. Gabriela could not have been more helpful in advance with clear instructions and sorting a parking permit for £5 for 24 hours. The safe parking was around the posh Clarence Square not too far away. There were other places in Zone 10 too. Gabriela allowed us early access to our wonderful room (No 6) because we had a memorial service to attend and wanted to sort things before we set forth. 'Clean room and the new owners couldn’t do enough for us'

'The room was comfortable and clean. In my opinion, I thought it was overpriced. For us, the location was great as we were a venue a mile away. However, for some they may find it a little isolated.'

'Mooi gelegen , typisch Engels hotel . Goede kamers met gerenoveerde badkamer . Personeel erg vriendelijk . Ligt net iets buiten het centrum. '

'nous recommandons cette adresse, très bon accueil, les conseils sont judicieux, un endroit très typique.'

'Great base place to explore Bath, specially if you rented a car which you can park inside the hotel premises. Bedroom was spacious and well appointed. We had breakfast once and it was nice quality, but since they were closing felt rushed with no purpose. Based on room rates to charge for parking felt unnecessary and probably won't move the hotel top line needle. Would go back to it!'

'Vreselijk! Het stonk op de kamer. Je kon niet op de toilet zitten, want dan zat de wasbak in de weg! Zo klein!!! Schimmel overal, haren overal Bah bah'
