'A wonderful location, safe, quiet, and peaceful. A 10 minute walk to shopping and great restaurants in Bourton-on-the-water, a picturesque village. The Coombe House was decorated nicely. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. David was a very gracious and helpful host. We enjoyed the breakfast room, with the tables set up nicely and a big window to look out with a beautiful view of the garden area. "Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk bed. Personeel werkt had en doet zijn/haar best. Het is alleen gewoon géén 5* hotel. Restaurant zeer teleurstellend (steak rauw, tafels worden niet goed schoongemaakt. service door onervaren krachten). Kamer was prima, maar douche te krap, honden gadgets vergeten (na telefoontje wel snel hersteld) en sauna bleek alleen na 10 am- tot 5pm toegankelijk én tegen extra meerprijs/ zeer klant onvriendelijk. Zoveel potentie en zo weinig waargemaakt. Gemiste kans helaas "
