'We had a wonderful stay at Spindle Cottage in Bielby. It’s a lovely, traditional cottage full of character, set in a peaceful rural location that’s perfect for switching off and relaxing. Despite the quiet setting, it’s only a short drive to nearby supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, which made it really convenient. The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable countryside stay...

'We’ve had a lovely week at Leedale cottage. We have two young children so the location was perfect for us. A 30-40 minute drive to lots of child friendly places. Food shops are a short drive away but you can stop off and get what you need on your travels if you plan ahead. The cottage was perfect for what we needed and Joanne was really helpful and welcoming. It’s well equipped and comfortable.'

'This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. It’s so easy to get a bus into Pocklington which is a lovely market town with good shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back in...

'Beautiful shepherd's hut great for a relaxing weekend away.'

'We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Bluebell shepherds hut. The accommodation was well equipped, and beautifully decorated. We couldn't have asked for a comfier bed! The hot was an added treat and just as lovely in the drizzle!Only thing that could be improved is better Wi-Fi connection, it is there, just intermittent. Sue was a delight to be welcomed by and had we needed anything, I have no doubt we would have received it quickly.'

'We stayed in blackthorn lodge for 3 nights to finish off our daughters 18th birthday celebrations. It was all we had hoped it to be, the outside space was amazing and the hot tub setting was perfect The little touches did not go unoticed either. Hosts replied to any queries really quickly and resolved any minor problems we may of had promptly We will definitely be back'
