'Zeer vriendelijk personeel en de ligging is perfect'

'The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down...

'The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! '

'Uitstekende en rustige locatie. Diverse restaurants in en rondom hotel, incl. supermarkt. Appartement uitstekend.'

'Very nice apartment and quiet area!!! I would definitely stay there again!'

'My experience at Koi was not quite what I expected. The rooms are modern, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. Immediately after checking in, I had to change rooms because of an obvious maintenance issue. Given the inconvenience, I expected a room upgrade, but the replacement room had an obstructed view and felt more like a downgrade from the original room. Housekeeping also never cleaned my room, despite my...

'The house, the pool, the property, and the view are beautiful. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We enjoyed our stay there and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were concerned before arriving about the lack of air conditioning but it truly is not needed. We were never uncomfortable during the day or at night. The central location is convenient with grocery stores and several great restaurants nearby. You can get to any point on the island within 20 minutes. The host and the...

'Good service friendly people. It was clean and they gave me a upgrade for Free!'

'Everything was on point'

'Everything was great the only thing that I didn’t find in the apartment was a washer and dryer which was listed as two of the many property amenities. It could’ve been in another building but I didn’t ask the host. I’m always visiting Nevis and I will stay here again.'

'Grote goede bedden, heerlijk zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Bij ontbijt niet alles beschikbaar helaas. De douche in de badkamer was helaas veel te laag dus ik moest bukken douchen. Prima hotel met prachtig uitzicht op zee en de haven.'

'I like this hotel for the price and location, the ocean view was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, but the 3rd day the water went off. So, I was able to wash the dishes, take a bath or wash my clothes. You also have to request that housekeeping change your towels, I went chasing the ladies on all the floors just to get some clean towels before I realized that i could send an email directly to the office and make my request known.'
