'Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.'

'I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on.'

'Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property'

'I selected this hotel based on three criteria: Safe, pet friendly, and breakfast included. I paid for the room through Expedia as was required. When I got to the property at 10:30pm, the young man at the desk was very nice, but let me know that I needed to pay. I was really tired, so I thought, "Maybe Expedia didn't charge?" 'I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. Downstairs it looks quite nice and tidy, but the rooms were so dirty! Never vacuumed under the beds. Bathroom moldy, dirty, full of hairs (not mine!), we had to take a shower in a dirty bathtub where you couldn't stand in, because it was dangerous. I got 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 nights. When I asked after 1 night for 4 clean towels, the receptionist was surprised I wanted so much. And breakfast? 😂 Toast with nothing to put on, cereal but...

'This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....
