'The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis. Staff were so helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN'

'Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.'

Stains all over the wall, nasty bathroom with mirror not cleaned, they also gave me the wrong room, couch had stains on it, and there was no sink cabinet along with what looked like chewed holes right next to it in the cabinet'

'It was not a pleasant stay. The toilet was leaking from the floor. There was a terrible musty smell throughout my stay. I was concerned for my health, that perhaps black mold could be growing under the wet carpet all around the air conditioner. Regarding room cleaning, the policy explained to me was that guests who stay multi-nights could expect the room to be clean after the third night. That did not happen in my case. 'Staff was amazing room was clean just no amenities as far as breakfast laundry pool room did flood from the air conditioning and wet my belongings but they did give us a different room'

'We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them .'
