'Immaculately clean, fresh smelling. Desk staff 3-11p was AMAZING. We couldn’t find parking, and she jumped in offered to move her own vehicle, as she was leaving soon. Breakfast was hot & fresh, good variety. Late checkout offered. Bed and bedding was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. One complaint- at 10am, housekeeping started banging on doors….Literally banging with an object, and yelling “Housekeeping!” obscenely loudly, door to door. Very annoying to guests not checking out....

'Horrible. Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

'Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. It was busy so extending your check out time was only available for Hyatt members. We did not ask for late check out in advance nor did we need it. Bed so comfortable. '

'For an inexpensive hotel, this was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been better: there was only one trash can in the suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. On the positive side there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the suite was two stories with ample sleeping options.'

'I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. Downstairs it looks quite nice and tidy, but the rooms were so dirty! Never vacuumed under the beds. Bathroom moldy, dirty, full of hairs (not mine!), we had to take a shower in a dirty bathtub where you couldn't stand in, because it was dangerous. I got 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 nights. When I asked after 1 night for 4 clean towels, the receptionist was surprised I wanted so much. And breakfast? 😂 Toast with nothing to put on, cereal but...

'Upon arrival my non smoking room was a smoking room. Finally get them to change it after they said they couldnt. The 1st room the key wouldnt unlock so the manager had to unlock with his manual key. He said he could just let me in every time i needed in my room. I requested a different room. He finally agreed. The 2nd room reaked of cigarettes. The blanket had cigarette holes all over it. He said it was a nonsmoking room. The microwave was diagusting. It dropped in the 50s at night and the heat...
