Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Cottonwood, AZ. Surrounded by natural beauty, it's conveniently located near all the activities Sedona and the Verde Valley and Sedona have to offer.
A car is highly recommended while traveling to the Cottonwood/Sedona area since Uber/Lyft is not readily available. The home has a large driveway with parking for up to 3 cars.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in fines and termination of the reservation.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
