'Very kind staff, pool & room was very ok. Were very open for an early check in or a late checkout when possible.'

'Tv Would not pull up'

'Overall the hotel was fine room was clean staff was very friendly the complimentary breakfast was very good and i know its not their fault but the hottub was broken was really looking forward to that after long drive and after walking the zoo in omaha all day and the pool was super small the TV in the room was going out had a terrible purple haze to it really bad. But overall good hotel'

'Clean !'

'When I travel to Omaha/Council Bluffs in the future, I'll avoid this hotel. The main issue was the beds were on metal panels that sound like you were sleeping on timpani drums. The owners/staff were very friendly but the beds were awful to sleep on. Outdated amenities are fine, and they tried to keep things clean, but I've never seen beds like these in my 60 years.'

'Clean hotel, Kind staff. Hairdryer and TV did not work, I had a room next to a machine room, which was not ideal with a lot of noise during the night. '

'They have a wonderful breakfast and the people were okay but could be a little more friendly. The shower was a walk in which I requested but the toilet is on the floor and they needed to have a bar by it so you could get up.'
