'Tamelijk onbeschoft personeel en erg onbehulpzaam. Auto stond redelijk dichtbij het hotel. Ik vroeg als ik een kar kon lenen voor mijn bagage. Dit werd geweigerd. Auto moest eerst maar eens voor het hotel staan. Hiervoor dwingt het hotel om je parkeerplaats op te geven. Aangezien ik een ongeluk had gehad en ook zichtbaar was. Weigeren ze je gewoon te helpen. Bij het inchecken ook onbeschoft en erg onverstaanbaar. Ik twijfel niet aan mijn Engels na meer dan 20 jaar in de VS gewoond te hebben. Je...

'Things were fine except the key card validator wasn’t working and so the front desk literally had to walk each patron to their room and unlock their door with a master key. Act of nature I suppose but when you still charge full price and MAJORLY inconvenience customers (as you couldn’t even leave the rm to get ice without having to have the front desk let you back in) there in lies the travesty!!!'
