'Was stuck at front desk trying to check in all while the desk attendant was on her personal phone taking a personal phone call. Finally got checked in, went to room, room was FREEZING, ac would not turn off. Holder in bathroom was broken, tv was missing hdmi cable so it was not working. Sheets were stained, bathroom was as dirty. I will not stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere else.'

'We had a wonderful stay the room was very clean and one staff member went above and beyond she was very helpful and gave us some great tips on where to eat I only wish I would have gotten her name but she is the room inspector wonderful personality and customer service was top tier'

The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. '

'The room had a strong musty or moldy odor, floors hadn’t been mopped, tub was dirty and refrigerator smelled so bad. I was constantly spraying air fresheners to try and get rid of the smell. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are desperate for a place to stay.'

'The toilet was not bolted down at all. We killed two German roaches & a bed bug. I called to tell the hotel attendant and his response was “ okay”. I would not recommend staying here. Ever. At all. It’s awful.'

'We waren op doorreis, langs de hele gulfcoast in Louisiana is namelijk niets. Dit motel is voor dat doel geschikt, maar verder heeft het niets wat een verblijf ook maar enigszins comfortabel of gezellig kan maken.'

'My room wasn’t clean! she mattress cover had mold!!!! When i asked for a new room i was told they didn’t have any more rooms which is hard to believe! i only needed the room to study as i just started school and needed a quiet place to myself but i will NOT be going back there😂!'
